 Zone Alarm free edition is a excellent choice for the average computer user who just wants a secure computer. The free edition, can block all ingoing, and outgoing traffic via the internet lock. It allows users to select what ports to open. Advanced users may need options offered only in the pro edition, which at the time of this writing costs $29.99. While I consider it to be the best firewall on the market, the antivirus and antispyware that come bundled with the security suite, are basically no good at all.
